When careXpat came to Nemesis, they were still SantExpat. A strong name that helped them go from 0 to 1, but that had become a ceiling. Their ambition had outgrown their identity. With an active M&A strategy they scaled into new markets, launched new subsidiaries, integrated new team members. The brand needed to hold all of it together without losing its soul when becoming a group.
We worked with their leadership to do what few brands dare: question everything. The vision, the positioning, the architecture, the name and the identity. SantExpat became careXpat, a name that travels, and works across cultures to anchor a growing family of brands without forcing them into a mold.
